A good friend of the Soderstrom Family, Babbis Rammos and his wife, Lizzy, were hosted to a celebratory dinner at the Castle as a wedding present. Dr. Rammos' mother from Greece was an honored guest. The rack of lamb was seasoned with Greek’s finest spices.
