The Soderstrom Family have been avid sponsors of the arts in Peoria. Natalie Jackson, our good friend, helped with this event. The Peoria Art Guild’s Fine Art Fair hosted their evening dinner for a couple hundred artists from all over America. The guest speaker was the internationally known Henry Asensio, who also did some workshops.
Henry's specialty is the art of the female form. Multiple of his art pieces were in the Skin Dimensions Day Spa inMorton, Illinois and are now privately stored. The Castle also houses a collection of his works.

Each year, the Soderstrom Castle celebrates Halloween, welcoming children and adults alike for a night of fun.
After the Miss Illinois Scholarship Pageant, the Queen, her court, and local queens receive a photography day.
The Gentlemen’s Cigar Society of Central Illinois met at the Castle for an evening of fun.
